EMEA HR Benefits Advisor

Key Responsibilities
• Operational support for EMEA C&B team in dealing with managing EMEA wide benefit programs (approx. 42+ countries and 200 benefit plans)
• Act as operational Point Of Contact for field C&B teams, HR Operations, Accounts Payable teams, General Procurement and contracts teams
• Support field C&B teams in ensuring key operational tasks are completed - ensure smooth running of the employee benefit programs are completed, all centralized benefit plan management processes are functioning, tracked and in order, will help to deal with any operational needs between functional teams to avoid benefits related escalations, contracts & General Procurement operational aspects are all in order
• Support all Global Benefits Compliance Review conducted by external vendor Aon Hewitt, ensure that all required documentation is delivered on time for the review, lead the kick-off calls and executives report calls, help local teams of reviewed countries with completing action items
• Support regional annual Benefits Loaded Factor refresh process, help COE as regional Point Of Contact to look into certain finance/General Ledger related spend queries across region
• Support EMEA C&B Director and field C&B team with specific ad-hoc country (and wider regional projects) - e.g. data requests/information needed from around the region

Essential Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a minimum
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Technical strength and experience with managing benefit programs
• Strong project management, financial analytical, negotiation and influencing skills
• Current knowledge of benefits issues, compensation and HR practices to adhere to local country law, employment and labor law and works councils or governing bodies in the country
• Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong vendor management and program management skills
