Job description, responsibilities and duties

Strategic development of business activities within Slovenia
Identification and acquisition of new clients in the segment of small and medium-sized transport and logistics companies
Comprehensive business activities including the sale, rental, and financing of trucks, semi-trailers, and trailers in accordance with individual customer needs
Preparation of technical specifications and pricing proposals for financing transport equipment through financial and operating leasing
Conducting business negotiations, concluding contracts, and setting commercial terms in compliance with internal policies and legal regulations
Building and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers in order to maximize their satisfaction and loyalty
Monitoring clients’ financial discipline – regular control of payments for provided services and products
Reporting business results and key performance indicators directly to the company’s management (CEO)

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovenian - Advanced (C1)

Microsoft Word - Advanced

Driving licence

Personality requirements and skills

Willingness to travel at least twice a week to Vienna and spend 2 or 3 working days per week in Slovenia.
Proven experience in active sales, ideally in the sale of trucks, trailers, semi-trailers, or other transport equipment.
Experience in the B2B segment – ability to communicate with corporate clients and negotiate business terms at a professional level.
Excellent sales and communication skills, proactive approach to customers, and ability to identify new business opportunities.
Familiarity with financial and operational leasing is an advantage.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategy to maximize sales results.
Independence, organizational skills, and strategic thinking in planning and executing sales activities.
