Job description, responsibilities and duties

Dedoles is already present in 20 online markets in across Europe and we are expanding offline in Slovakia and Czech Republic as well. We continue taking on new market opportunities and it goes hand in hand with implementing new systems and processes.

Therefore, we would like to have a team of our inhouse consultants, and you can be one of them!

We are looking for curious people with passion for exploring new opportunities and skills in research and analysing. It is a bit difficult to describe specifically what kind of tasks and responsibilities will you cover as our environment is busy, dynamic and fast changing. To give you an idea, you will:

- Be a part of various internal projects sponsored by top management,
- Identify and design new business processes and developments,
- Perform in-depth analyses in order to evaluate risks, identify operational weak spots and explore areas for improvement,
- Propose improvements and new projects to achieve strategic goals,
- Build long term relationships with internal business stakeholders.

Your proposals and work can have an impact on the whole organisation, and you will have an opportunity to be involved in shaping Dedoles and its different departments.

In order to help us achieve something great together, you should:

- Have at least 3 years of previous experience in consulting, business management or audit,
- Have advanced English – ability to communicate both verbally and in a written form without difficulties,
- Be able to identify and analyse any kind of opportunity,
- Have experience with working with data (interpretation, analyses),
- Be able to transform data into suggestions and solutions,
- Understand basic business processes,
- Have strong communication skills,
- Be stress resistant and able to meet tight deadlines.
