Dedoles is constantly growing and expanding its operations in offline and online business. As the company is growing, complexity of our processes increases. Therefore, we decided to expand our team with the experienced business analyst/IT consultant.
We are looking for the experienced IT enthusiast who is looking for new challenges and wants to help us to build, improve and automatize our processes.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Analysing and mapping of business requirements, processes and objectives;
- Communication with suppliers about development of necessary system modifications to satisfy business needs;
- Documentation of all changes of systems and processes;
- Testing procedures for changes in the ERP and cooperation on deployment;
- Supporting and training of end users on new or changed functionality;
- Building and maintaining internal ticketing tool.

Experience with major ERP systems as an IT consultant/ business analyst, ideally in area of sales and distribution, finance and controlling;
Analytical and project management skills;
IT background;
Communicative and assertive skills, experienced in communication with various stakeholders;
Experience with teamleading and training is an advantage;
Willingness to learn;
English – fluent, Slovak - native;
basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage;
