Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will be responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office ( ensure that office equipment is maintained, relevant records are up to date and that all administration processes work effectively)

- Keeping records and organising company’s documentation (e.g. contracts, invoices)
- Reporting to the management
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases
- Organizing and chairing meetings with staff / appointments with clients and partners (typing the agenda and taking minutes of meeting)
- Email/Phone communication
- Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery
- Maintaining the condition of the office
- Booking transport and accommodation
- Delegating tasks to junior employees
