Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a competent and independent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of all daily administrative operations of our company.

Responsibilities:
- You will be the first point of contact—i.e., welcoming guests, picking up the phones, responding to messages and assisting your colleagues
- Processing documentation—receiving and sending regular mail, scanning originals, recording and further processing of documents, assistance in accounting
- Conducting basic communication on a personal level, via email or phone with authorities in order to process paperwork or review information—e.g., embassies, business registers, notary offices, etc.
- Office management activities—administrative, organizational support for employees and management of the company
- Ordering and managing office supplies, refreshments included
- Managing the CEO’s calendar and business meetings (internal and external)
- Cooperate in organizing corporate events
- Act as a backup during the absence of other Back Office members

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate
