Marketing & Business Development Lead

The Blockchain is an emerging technology which is developing at a very fast pace and will have deep impact on how we work, do business and communicate tomorrow.
We are looking for a Marketing Lead to join our team who can help us manage and grow our impact in the energy industry. Therefore, we are looking for candidate who have strategic marketing skills in energy industry, experience with people management and an interest for blockchain technology.

Responsibilities:

- Define the marketing strategy to support and achieve the goals and overall strategy of the company
- Market research, creation and planning of marketing strategy and social media strategy
- Plan and organize marketing activities (product development, branding, communication, PR etc.)
- Identify new market opportunities, evaluate markets opportunities and continuously monitor marketing trends
- Close collaboration on projects with other team members and departments
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve goals and marketing strategy
- Communicate with partners and clients
- Oversee a day-to-day implementation of marketing plan
