he Blockchain is an emerging technology which is still in its infancy but it’s developing at very fast pace and will have deep impact on how we work, do business and communicate tomorrow.
DECENT has launched the Blockchain Pioneers Global Hackathon series to attract the best of the best talents, projects, ideas and partners to develop the real-world use cases based on the Dcore blockchain platform.
We are looking for a talented Program Manager for our ongoing Incubation Program to join our creative and forward-thinking team to help founders to successfully create powerful blockchain based applications and businesses. He/She will manage and execute the Incubation program and ensure the incubatees are given the support they need to take their projects to the next stage.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Incubation Program. Including assisting in the development and implementing policies governing its operation.
Own the overall logistics and programming of the program, including calendar management.
Serve as the main POC for incubatees and provide guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs.
Engage with founders, mentors, and investors to ensure the successful execution of programs.
Represent DECENT Incubation Program at meetups and local events in order to improve dealflow, and sourcing of teams working on innovative technologies in the blockchain space.
Expand the network incubatees can lean on for advice.
Qualifications
Must have:
You have 3+ years working and delivering results in the areas of Technology, Business Development, Venture Capital and Innovation.
Good Knowledge of Blockchain or involvement in Blockchain is compulsory
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, workflow, and people
High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentation.
An excitement for decentralized technologies and blockchains
Nice to have:
Experience at an existing technology Incubator/Accelerator is a plus.
