IT Technician job profile
We are looking for technically skilled teammate with good problem-solving ability for the position of IT technician. The duties of an IT technician include being a reference point for all IT related queries at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other technical duties.

Our ideal candidate doesn´t need to have deep knowledge of computer software and hardware, just needs to be passionate about TECHNOLOGIES and have a big ability to learn.

If you have a technical education, skills or experiences are more than welcome ! ( But is not compulsory )

IT Technician job description
As a technician you will work in a team with the IT leader, your work will be based in the office, but sometimes you will have to travel into the stores to provide technical support or installation - new store opening, cash tills change, audit, etc.

IT Technician duties and responsibilities
- Installation of PC hardware: diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of computer systems
- Install, configure and manage software and their functions according to specifications
- Being the primary point for cooperation with the IT Helpdesk and company users
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems - Audit
- Assist in and plan training, development and education for other employees
- Troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner with in scope of responsibility
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes

IT Technician requirements
- Good interpersonal skills as they will interact with colleagues from various departments and executive levels
- Ability to listen to technical needs of the teammates and teams, understand their problems, and implement solutions to them
- Problem solver and attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Hands on experience with diverse computer systems and networks
- Awareness of internet security and data privacy principles
- Awareness of Technology and Digital world
- Driver license category B
