FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (BUSINESS PARTNER) Job description

Job Overview:

Your job is to support the economic performances of Decathlon Slovakia.

More precisely, you are the right hand of store leaders and/or service project leaders and/or country sport referents. You write with them their budget and help them in their animation of performances all the year. You are their PnL referent and help them reach their ambitions, from the Turn Over to the Result.

You work in the service team, but with a very close connexion with your store / sport leaders. You like sports and challenges. You are fully a member of Decathlon Slovakia project and are proactive in the accomplishment of this project.

You are good with numbers / excel / finance tools and are able to make them accessible for the many. You build yourself conviction by analysing the number and being connected with the field and have the courage to defend them. You like to challenge, but in an emphatic way.

Required education and experience :
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a departmentally related field.
