Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Support of the company´s activities and members via social media (content creation, publishing, paid ads, stories, video´s, posts)
• Assisting our Marketing Manager and Country Manager (CM) with marketing activities in Slovakia and Network countries in line with the practice of the company
• Preparation, processing and publishing the newest information for members to eWorld, EU web, information board, via e-mail – for Slovakia and other countries, including updating the published information, newsletters, uploading new pricelists and documents for download
• Producing, Editing and publishing of videos and pictures to EU web, eWorld and social media, and storing of company videos and photos
• Processing of promotional, supporting fliers (different language translation), roll-up banners, email banners, brochures, leaflets
• Translation of presentations, webinars, marketing materials, translation checking and translation cooperation with the external agiencies
• Answering member´s questions regarding marketing
• Preparation and planning of promotion, and informing members about new promotions in person, via phone, via social media, in our groups with members
• Monthly product sales in Europe, creating marketing plan and budget preparation and monitoring the expenses
• Supporting the launch of new products (product information file, poster preparation, organizing events)
• Background projects: Starter Kit, fliers with ingredients ´descriptions, new FB strategy preparation, and communication and cooperation with influencers, prepariing POS materials, organizing events: webinars/seminars, onsite events
• Monthly reports
• Monthly schedule - gathering information about webinars, promotion of webinars
• Creation of certificates for our members
• Creation of webinar posters, visuals, graphic materials (cooperation with our graphic designer)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Microsoft Outlook - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

We require:
• Ability to speak and translate English fluently (C1)
• It is necessary to have an experience with social media and passion to use them, to create a new content each day (especially Facebook, Instagram), to have experience with video editing, Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), also graphic programs are an advantage
• Experience in a similar position is required
• High level of empathy and ability to easily establish relationships
• Being creative, open-minded, team-player and time flexible
• Very good communication skills and soft skills with a positive approach to work
• Ability to translate marketing materials (brochures, flyers, texts, catalogues, video´s presentations, etc)
