Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
1. Responsibility for processing foreign orders and other inquiries - communication with customers via email/whatsapp and on the phone.
The process generally includes: verification of payment, submission of documents for packaging, solving problems related to ordering, shipping..etc.
2. Support in solving problems that may arise from the processing and sending of orders, complaints and the like.
3. Processing and recording of documents, records of accurate data of correspondence with customers / service centers.
4. Professional and friendly speech, willing and sensitive approach to the needs of customers and colleagues. Pro-client approach to customers is a must.
5. Support in processing changes to customers' personal data in the database and in solving queries, claims and complaints.
6. Daily communication with customers and service centers via email or phone in English and Arabic.
7. Translations from English to Arabic and from Arabic to English during online meetings with our customers. Translations of marketing materials and newsletters into Arabic.
