Sales & Training Manager

We are looking for a Sales Training Manager to devise our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the firm. On top of it you will prepare/manage all business development activities.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and assess future and current training needs in sales network
• Deploy a wide variety of training methods
• Manage training budget
• Prepare sales support materials in local language like catalogues, presentations, leaflets
• Prepare, run and measure of sales and marketing activities
• Regularly report to Global HQ, International Marketing Director and Country Manager
• Manage, consult and train independent network leaders
