Your role

  • Recruiting, onboarding and day-to-day management of resell and referral Partners for Datavard’s Portfolio incl. contract negotiation and management
  • Build and execute joint GTM plan including Demand Generation and Pipeline Management
  • Build and successfully implement business plans and manage partner towards Partner sourced and influenced revenue
  • Responsible for day to day operational management and co-ordination of all partners and partner activities in assigned territory or Region
  • Actively identify Business Opportunities and strong drive towards closure.Opportunity Management in our CRM
  • Act as key interface between Datavard internal cross-functional teams across the entire business, to support delivery of key partner programs and new partner capabilities.
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders and internal as well as external business leaders to develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our sales, marketing, solutions and engineering teams.
  • Continuously promote partner network internally and externally
  • Build and maintain win-win relationships with existing partners and partner prospects
  • Continuously monitor, measure and communicate results,
  • Facilitates change management efforts.

Your skills

  • 3+ years of Channel/ Partner Management, Business Development and/or Program Management experience, preferably in IT / Software and Services Business
  • Past experience building and executing channel reseller and go-to-market programs
  • Proven track record in identifying and successfully ramping up new reselling partners (B2B)
  • Track record in successfully managing business plans and business opportunities with multiple partners
  • Strong Relationship Manager and able to manage internal as well as external expectations and multiple stakeholders
  • Experience generating new business through inbound and outbound opportunities
  • Ability to work independent and in matrix organizations with focus on business impact
  • Strives for continued learning opportunities to build upon craft
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Creative mindset and out-of the box thinker with a strong focus on business impact
