The Challenge

We are looking for a growth marketer that wants to try their hand at building a B2B marketing engine.

For various reasons, we have never built a marketing muscle. Now it is time to hit the gym and build those marketing muscles!

Your mission: Find our first scalable marketing channel, prove it works, and build the foundation for our growth engine.

Medior or Senior

This role does not necessarily require a wizened senior. We are looking for someone who has previous hands on experience, has learned from successes and failures and welcomes a challenge to build something from scratch. 


What Success Looks Like:

Months 1-2: Discovery & Foundation

Map the customer journey from awareness to activation.  Create and test your first hypotheses. Identify our ideal customer profile and what makes them convert.


Months 3-6: Scale What Works

  • Double down on the channel(s) that show promise

  • Build repeatable processes for testing and optimization


Success = You can tell us: "Channel X is our winner. Here's the cost per customer, why it works, and how we scale it."


What You'll Actually Do:

You're building the marketing function from scratch:

  • Channel strategy: Decide where to focus (paid social, search, content, outbound —> you choose based on our market)

  • Customer journey: Map and optimize every step from first touch to paying customer

  • Experimentation: Test messaging, positioning, creative angles, landing pages

  • Analytics: Set up tracking, measure what matters, kill what doesn't work

  • Strategy: Figure out what B2B accounting firms actually need to hear from us


This isn't "run these campaigns and report metrics." This is "figure out how to grow this company and prove it works."


Reality check: No playbook. No team. No historical dashboards. Just a founder and our customer experience team who will support you. A budget that will grow as you bring in revenue. And the freedom to test your hypotheses.

Full-Remote or Hybrid

Datamolino is a Full-Remote company with an office in Bratislava. If you live in Bratislava you can choose to come to the office to have  1:1 time with the founder to discuss your ideas and work. If you live outside of Bratislava we can work remotely.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

AI - artificial intelligence - Skillful

Personality requirements and skills

You're the Right Fit If

  • 1-3 years in performance marketing, growth, or agency work

  • You've built something from zero(launched campaigns, tested channels, proven ROI)

  • You think in terms of customer journeys and conversion funnels, not just ad platforms

  • You can say: "I tested X channels, Y worked because Z, here are the numbers"

  • You're hypothesis-driven: form theories, test them, learn fast, iterate

  • You're excited by strategic freedom more than having a proven playbook


You're NOT the Right Fit If

  • You only know how to execute someone else's strategy

  • You need existing processes and historical data to feel comfortable

  • You prefer specializing in one platform over exploring what works

  • You want a traditional "marketing coordinator" role with clear tasks
