Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Performing maintenance, repairs, modifications on injection molding tools independently
• Troubleshooting molds when problems occur which could include hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical fixes
• Managing and coaching a team of mold maintenance technicians
• Builiding, repairing and modifications of parts for automation
• Maintaining the mold history information up to date
• Organizing and performing preventative maintenance of molds
• Maintaining mold spare parts under control
• Proposing mold improvements aimed to optimize quality and cycle time
• Coordinating with suppliers mold repairs and improvements
• Supervision and help to CAD constructor
• Other administrative task regarding the injection molding tasks according to the superior instruction
