Job description, responsibilities and duties

To support Danucem Project Managers during the project preparation and execution part. e.g. completing the necessary project reports, follow-up documentations as per company and legal requirements. 

Support project managers with organisation of documentation and reporting data. Keeping up-to-date schedules and spending figures. 

The key responsibilities of chosen candidate will be as following: 

  • Responsibility for legislative requirements and subsequent preparation of documentation, managment and implementation of projects using EU funds.
  • Team work with CAPEX, Controlling and Plant Operational departments with project definition.
  • Working with CAPEX department on project Concept and Feasibility phase, managing necessary documentation.
  • Strong cooperation with procurement and legal  department on fulfilling documentation required for public tendering as per rules.
  • Follow-up of execution phase with Project Managers, Keeping up to date schedules and spending figures.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Degree of engineering or economics
  • 3-5 years experience with administration of large (10mio€ range) projects
  • Experience with projects supported by EU funds, preferably from heavy industry
  • Project Management experience
  • English language - B2 communicative level
  • SAP - advantage
