Job Description

For our office in Zlaté Moravce we are looking for an Office Administrator, who will be part of Danfoss Global Administration Team. You will be the first person of contact for our customers, visitors and suppliers. You will perform reception duties in and efficient, professional and courteous manner and support our office and colleagues where needed.

You will be responsible for
  • Incoming and outgoing postage
  • First point of contact for land lines, external and internal visitors (hotel reservation, taxi booking, invitation, letters,…)
  • Events coordination (mainly for employees), conferences (refreshment)
  • Ordering and handling office supply equipment and furniture
  • Building management
  • Scanning incoming invoices
  • Helping to organize and maintain office common areas (building safety and security)
  • Car fleet managmenet
  • Telephony management
We are looking for candidates with
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent verbal and written English
  • Good PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Multi-tasking abilities and stress resistant
  • Pro-active and accurate approach
  • Autonomous and adaptable skills
