Job Description

Are you motivated towards delivery quality to the customers? Can you improve the quality of the processes and products through continuous improvement program? Then you might become our new Quality Engineer, who will be playing a key role in securing the quality of our customers in Danfoss Power Solutions.

As a Quality Engineer you will work with suppliers to improve the quality of products and processes. Contribute to engineering tomorrow with your ability to integrate the various details to ensure we work with capable suppliers.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Handling internal and external customer queries and coordinating problem solving ensuring customer satisfaction, quality response and proper lead times
• Leading communication with Central Service, requests information needed to carry out solid containment action and analysis of claims
• Coordinating problem solving ensuring customer satisfaction, quality response and proper lead times
• Cooperating with Lab Engineers on identifying failures of claimed products
• Completing qualified 8Ds to customer claims
• Ensuring correct completion of customer queries in SAP system in cooperation with Central Service
• Ensuring correct financial settlement of customer claims
• Maintaining Quality data, completing monthly Quality KPI report
• Initiating improvements of QMS processes and ensuring implementation of process improvement into guidelines
• Issuing preventive and corrective actions

Our expectations:

• Fresh graduate from technical university with focuse on quality in production or at least 1 year experience in similiar position
• Skills in problem solving, ablity to address tasks related to technical issues claimed by Customers
• Systematic and structured when approaching an issue to solve, using 8D method is an advantage
• Good communication, ability to create network of relations supporting goals realization
• Understanding of ISO/TS requirements (control plans, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP) is an advantage
• Cultural awareness, able to apply different communication models depending on situation
• Good English skills
• Experience in working with Microsoft office, Outlook and Internet skills, experience in working in SAP is an advantage
