Then join Danfoss as Embedded Linux Developer in Danfoss Power Solutions being member of the team developing the platform of Linux based displays. On this position you will be located in Povazska Bystrica, Slovakia.

Your typical day will include

• Work with hardware design to write device drivers for hardware
• Design, develop, and modify firmware software used in various display products
• Develop appropriate User Interfaces and implement Object Oriented design
• Tool-assisted documentation, specification and version control management

What we look for

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Bring in several years of experience in embedded Linux Kernel or application development using C
• Good understanding of memory architectures and embedded bus protocols (SPI/I2C/CAN etc.)
• Familiarity with hardware debug tools such as bus/protocol analyzers/Oscilloscopes/Multi-meters/etc.
• Being comfortable in daily English communication
• A team player who is able to work in cross-functional environment with different cultures within large organization

It will be an advantage if you have additional knowledge in

• Experience with ARM embedded architectures
• Product integration and scripting experience
• Python scripting for modification to existing scripts
