We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-orientedIT Specialistto join our dynamic Service Desk team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth IT operations by providing first-line technical support to our English and Slovakian speaking customers.


Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

  • Provide efficient and effective technical support via phone, email, and live chat to resolve IT incidents and fulfill service requests.
  • Utilize ServiceNow ITSM platform for ticket management, incident resolution, and knowledge documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to various software, hardware, and network services.
  • Escalate complex incidents to higher-level support teams while maintaining timely communication with end-users.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and support documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
