Job description, responsibilities and duties
Danfoss Global IT Service Desk department is looking for an Knowledge IT Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for quality of knowledge articles, communicating with involved stakeholders, and cooperating with the team in order to make our Service Hub platform user friendly and updated. In this position, you will report to Product Owner, UX and Knowledge Management, and you will be able to work either fully remotely (within Slovakia) or from our office in Povazska Bystrica.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- To govern knowledge in the end-user knowledge base and IT for IT knowledge base
- To identify and analyze areas of knowledge that need improvement, identify gaps, and recommend strategies to increase knowledge
- To evaluate user experience across the ServiceNow platform, identify bugs, usability, and accessibility issues, develop solutions to improve user experience and based on collected feedback work on enhancing the usability of the platform in collaboration with STOMP team
- To deliver important information to everyone who is affected
- To ensure E2E Communication for Change Management releases, develop effective communication strategies, design customer-centric messaging and work in ServiceNow on creating information banners and campaigns
