Order Fulfillment Representative

Danfoss is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Order Fulfillment Representative. The OFR's role is to be the link between production/planning/warehouse and the customers/CSR. The OFR’s main focus should be on the delivery to the customer and the communication towards customers and CSR organisation.  OFR is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled both directly from production plants as well as through distribution center/cross docking facilities. In case of supply constraints OFR coordinates prioritization and communicates it to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: 

- Order management and collaboration with Customer Care
- Handling of stock transfer orders
- Collaboration with 3PL
- Collaboration with Customer Claim Handling team
- Collaboration with Indirect Procurement
- Continuous Improvement
- Data management
- Inventory management
