You will be responsible for paying invoices and preparing financial records for our company. YOUR TASKS:
• Support the day to day Accounts Payable operations
• Support Accounts Payable team members to achieve performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.
• Key role in Process improvements & automation initiatives
• Coordinate locally & support globally on executing tasks & trainings related to OneERP releases , improvement initiatives or process/ technology implementation.
• Detailed insights & know-how on Regional conditions and specialties via involvement in daily operation
• Supervision of Documentation updates, testing and process deployment globally
• Secure user training & task assignment, timely execution and monitoring of automated processes
• Follow-up on control measures, Smart audit & proactively support operational compliance

Personality requirements and skills
• Degree in Economics and/or Accounting.
• Approximately 2-3 years of experience in the Accounts Payable or in different area of Accounting
• Some experience in a complex and international business environment of advantage.
• knowledge of Finance and Accounting end-to-end processes.
• Work experience with SAP and typical other IT-tools as a plus.
• Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress and pressure.
• Acts as a role model by being a strong team-player.
• Ability to adapt to new culture and people.
• Strong communication skills
• Business proficient English
