Facility Coordinator

Danfoss is looking for an enthusiastic Facility Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of facility services. In this position, you will be responsible for operative facility and related equipment maintenance, vendor, and Soft Service management related to our facilities in Povazska Bystrica, Dubnica nad Vahom, and Zlate Moravce. 

The position is located in Povazska Bystrica but requires regular traveling to the locations mentioned above. As Facility Coordinator, you will report directly to the Head of Regional Real Estate for East Europe, located in Bucharest. 
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Scheduling and supervising facility maintenance activities, assisting with checking installation and servicing building equipment - HVAC, Access Control, Fire protection equipment, CCTV, Canteen equipment, etc.
Proposing improvements in terms of quality, cost savings, energy savings, etc.                               
Overseeing security of buildings and grounds                                
Maintaining ongoing communication with FM Vendors (Hard and Soft Services), contractors, tenants, external and internal clients, and team                               
Being responsible for energy management                               
Organizing all Soft Services: Reception, Cleaning, Snow Removal, Security, Catering, Transportation, etc.
Developing and maintaining local FM procedures                              
Implementing group procedures & standards                               
Ensuring compliance with local and Danfoss regulations    
Proposing CAPEX projects in alignment with business and group strategy & Supporting global projects
