Digital Pricing Consultant

Danfoss is currently implementing a new pricing tool, Vendavo Price Point (VPP). To support us on that journey we are looking for a person to become an expert in VPP, fully understanding all corners of the tool and its possibilities. The job is anchored in The Danfoss Digital Customer Experience Program (DCE).

The job does not require deep technical IT skills, but you need to have a strong interest in the details of how VPP works and how the data flows across our other related tools (Salesforce CRM and SAP ERP). Some level of configuration of VPP should be expected so an interest in building up such VPP competence is required.

You will be acting as a bridge between business and the VPP technical developers. Experience in similar roles with other IT tools (ideally of course VPP) is an advantage. You will be working closely together with the DCE Vendavo Product Owner on shaping the design of VPP at Danfoss.

You can work remotely from Slovakia or Poland and you will report to Danish CRM Manager.

Job Responsibilities
With report to the manager of the DCE CRM Design team, your responsibilities will include:
Support business when users face issues with the use of the tool
Clarify and align business requirements and translate them into solution designs
Create developments specifications for the developers
Do basic VPP configuration (but not code development)
Test of solutions built in VPP, including solutions that span across related systems (Salesforce CRM and SAP ERP)
Support training of our organization when needed (planning, training materials and execution)
