Job description, responsibilities and duties
· Ensuring proper processing of customer orders including customer forecast orders, scheduling agreements, planned orders, and revisions,
· Verifying part numbers, quantities, pricing and shipping information,
· Active communication and cooperation with Customer Service,
· Monitoring and expedites materials needed for customer orders,
· Maintaining open and closed customer order files and delivery notices,
· Preparing reports related to orders and tickets on a regular basis,
· Promoting quality and continuous improvement,
· Ensuring compliance Danfoss Power Solutions policies and procedures using defined control systems.
