For our office in Bratislava we are looking for a

Technical Sales & Customer Support (m/f)

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the local team and to the partner network
• Technical specification of system solutions and preparation of offers
• Improve customer satisfaction by finding technical solutions for their specific requirements
• Technical order control
• Serve as a technical liaison between local affiliate and headquarters Strategic Business Unit Residential in Austria
• Occasionally organise and lead product training courses for our partners
• Preparation and update of technical literature, pricing lists, and product documentation

Requirements:

• Relevant technical degree in HVAC and several years of experience in air conditioning business
• Very good English skills; German is an advantage
• Pleasure in working with people
• Dedicated personality with strong customer and service orientation
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team player
