Job description, responsibilities and duties
DESIGNING TOMORROW TOGETHER
· Analysis and evaluation of customer requirement specification
· Creation of system requirement specification
· Collaboration with BT system engineers to establish and develop system concepts, presentations and specifications
· Cooperation on selection of components according to functional, RAM, Safety requirements
· Communication with suppliers of systems
· Coordination of a system integration proces
· Cooperation on system on board tests

· Diploma in electrical engineering
· Knowledge at least one system: datarecorder, pantograph, passenger information system, power converter, chargers, brakes, toilet, HVAC, doors
· Experience in rolling stock area
· Knowledge of railway standards (e.g. EN 50155, 50126 etc.)
· Knowledge of schematic Tools (preferable E3), MS Office
· High degree of flexibility and innovation capability under tough conditions
· Willingness to develop yourselves
· Fluent in English (written and spoken), German (at least basic level)
