Warehouse manager - workwear division

What will be your mission:

• Responsibility for the smooth running of all warehouse activities and processes including value added services
• Leading a small team (8-10 people), carrying out trainings and managing related administration (shift plans, vacation plans...)
• Communication and cooperation with stakeholders accross departments and countries (esp. Czech Rep., Austria, Germany and Poland).
• Management and control of order and material flow
• Acting as a local project manager in international supply chain projects, managing change
• Implementation of quality assurance measures and continuous process improvement
• Carrying out regular inventory checks

Requirements:

• High School/University degree
• Excellent Slovak, communicative English,German is an advantage
• Previous experience in leading a small team
• Great communication skills
• Analytical think
• Experience in warehouse logistics
• Computer skills - MS Office, ERP or WMS solutions is an advantage
• Analytical thinking
