Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a creative, motivated and results-oriented Junior Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bratislava.

About the Role:
As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you'll be a vital member of our team, collaborating on exciting projects across all marketing channels. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in content creation, design, event support, and data analysis, all while contributing to the success of a leading global real estate firm. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and deliver engaging campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, content, events)
• Create high-quality content for our website, blog, and social media channels
• Design marketing materials, presentations, and infographics
• Collaborate with the local, EMEA and global marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Assist with the organization and promotion of events and webinars
• Collaborate with external agencies on website content creation and digital marketing strategies
• Maintain and update the company websites and working with external agency on website content creation and digital marketing strategies
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies
• Assist with other marketing tasks

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Slovak and English
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (CMS, Google Analytics)
  • Graphic design experience and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator or Canva
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and a willingness to learn
