Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are hiring this position for our client with 300 employees.

• Welcoming, coordination and refreshment support for visitors
• Visitors support – access assistance, escort
• Meeting rooms coordination, support, and refreshment supply
• Desks, meeting rooms and parking booking IT tool – support, troubleshooting and conflicts solution in bookings
• Mailroom, postal services, and courier services coordination
• Fiserv`s events support
• Single point of contact for employees for office and facility issues
• Setting requests to LL`s help desk
• Escorting vendors without access across premises
• Warehouse management
• Other support and hospitality services for visitors and employees
• Maintaining safe, clean, and functional reception area, meeting rooms and kitchen area’s by complying with procedures and rules
• Actively contributing to team effort and team cooperation by accomplishing related results as needed
• Cooperating with other departments such as HR, IT - EUS
• Answering all enquiries in person, by phone and via email as required, in both Slovak or English
