Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Daily liaison with tenants, landlords and contractors , dealing with questions, complaints and updates
- Maintain customer relationships including progress meeting , obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, viewing of property
- Professional support for upcoming reconstruction works relating to building technologies and works supervision
- Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Responsible for all aspects of H&S across all sites ensuring the buildings meet health and safety requirements comply with legislation
- Providing Property Management advice within area of expertise to existing and potential clients
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
- Cooperation with the finance department
