Job description, responsibilities and duties

- maintain client relationships and act as liaison with clients on specific projects
- ensure professional advice is provided thoroughly, accurately and within set deadlines
- deliver activities and projects within client expectations
- keep the marketing database up to date indicating potential tenants, clients, transactions done
- consult internally and externally to help identify optimum solutions for clients
- manage and liaise with on-site teams and other professionals to provide a full service to the client
- develop internal and external network for business pipeline / opportunities
- contribute to meeting overall departmental fee/billing target
- ensure client disbursements are recharded to the client

Personality requirements and skills

- 3-years experience in Property Management / Facility Management
- Good level of personal credibility and customer relationship management
- Positive approach towards to work, ability to maintain good relationships
- Decision making and pro-active problem solving
- Ability to communicate effectively across organizations
- People management skills (an advantage)
- Pro-active approach to tasks (coming with own ideas and solutions)
- Ability to work independently
