Job description, responsibilities and duties

The role primarily involves liaising with the Office Manager and Managing Partner.

• Responsible for providing a professional, positive first contact with clients
• Responsible for smooth running the reception
• Execute a variety of routine and complex and administrative duties in support of the day to day operations of management, office manager and other team members
• Preparation of presentations, translations and preparing official letters
• Assisting with general office and administrative duties (such as telephone answering, post office, equipment and stationery ordering)
• Organizing staff events with marketing
• Indexation and archiving all internal documents, contracts agreements
• Update all administrative databases
• Logistics such as arranging business trips, ordering flight tickets and taxis, booking hotels (connection with the travel agency)

• A key contact person for vendors and customers (documentation)
• Receiving and recording supplier invoices and processing them within the accounting process
• Assembling, checking the documentation for verifying and processing credit card expenses
• Coordinate and help employees with settlement their expenses and business trips
• Provides support and coaching to the business users and employees on billing process, setting task delegation and troubleshooting process
• Communication with outsourcing partners as well as internal CW entities

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
