Job description, responsibilities and duties

Reception tasks:
- Greet people (staff and clients) entering organization with a smile and serving
refreshments
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Keep reception, kithcen and meeting rooms tidy and organized
- Handling phone calls
- Set up video and telephone conference calls
Assistant tasks:
- Copying, scanning and archiving documents
- Preparation of presentations, graphs, documents, power point presentations
- Filing Post IN and Post OUT
- Distributing and arranging mail from the Post Office
- Ordering couriers , TAXI, hotels, flights, train/bus tickets
- Managing required documents in Commercial city departments, Municipal
Departments, Cadastral city departments etc
- Managing notary certificates
- Ensuring translations of documents for colleagues
- Organizing staff events together with marketing
- Ordering office supplies and refreshments
- Managing insurance events on company cars

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
