Controller for ČSOB Transformation Program

Role Responsibilities: * Prepares and regularly updates transformation financial models (incl. cost budget as well as benefit reporting) in cooperation with Director TO and Purchasing manager * Co-ordinates the financial planning cycle for transformation program (based on CSOB / KBC standards and methodology) * Monitors spending (internal and external) and provides regular reports and forecasts of the transformation financials * Ensures that all financial flows in the Transformation Program are set up in a way that is consistent with the internal instructions of the company regarding budgeting and controlling * Provides controlling and budget management advisory, participates on key project activities which require Controller Manager presence, including: * Ensures that all financial flows in the Transformation Program are set up in a way that is consistent with the internal instructions of the company regarding budgeting and controlling * Works with Program Manager to proactively identify impact of change requests or staffing requests on program financials * Provides direction and expertise to all assigned controlling related activities for the program Provides quarterly reports on budget spending including forecast, prepares calculations and reports on delivered business benefits including cost savings and additional revenue
