Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our growing investment platform is looking for a bright and engaged EXECUTIVE & OFFICE ASSISTANT for our location in Bratislava. Working hand in hand with the office manager, the candidate will help to run the operations of the Bratislava office, perform a variety of administrative tasks, support the management team with meeting coordination, travel arrangement, organising events and help to format information for internal and external communication (e.g. investment related documentation, presentations).

 Acting as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
 Helping the office manager to run the office operations
 Supporting the team with various day-to-day tasks - meeting coordination, travel arrangements, etc.
 Handling all administrative tasks and dealing with external suppliers
 Formatting presentations and documents for internal and external purposes in Slovak and English
 Supporting marketing activities
o Preparing and coordinating events and workshops
o Organisational support: gadgets, printing corporate materials

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

up to 1200 Eur (base monthly pay plus variable component). Base salary will be based on previous work experience.
