Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Provide legal advice on business, IT, IPR, compliance, data protection, public procurement issues involving the Company.
* Provide legal advice on contract related matters with existing and potential customers as well; draft, review and revise various legal contracts and other company documents with customers, vendors and third parties.
* Anticipate and address potential legal risks facing the Company.
* Participate in the development and recommendation of Company policies.
* Organize Company legal records, prepare corporate documents and changes.
* Monitoring of legislation updates concerning the business of CRIF Group companies in the Slovak Republic.
