For our Bratislava office, we are searching for a Recruiter/Sourcing support who will join our HR team and be responsible for filling open vacancies. We are very supportive and open to our employees, as we enjoy our mission to be HR. We can guarantee you that there is a fun and positive atmosphere at work.

Job Description:
• Whole cycle recruitment process
• Post jobs, source and screen candidates
• Preparation, organization, and active participation in the interviews
• Cooperation with hiring managers on recruiting strategies
• Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
• Communication with agencies
• Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment and sourcing
• Experience with LinkedIn, Profesia.sk, and other job boards
• Fluent in English and Slovak
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• General knowledge of various employment laws and practices is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of the team
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
