Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Supporting the existing strategic planning
    process to define the strategy and development roadmaps for the whole business in ND by cooperating with other departments, collecting information and data, compiling presentation and other documents as well as managing administration.
  • Identifying growth opportunities, conduct research on market, analyse industry trends.
  • Actively participate in assigned strategic projects including acquisition processes (M&A) consisting of strategic fit analysis, business assessment, due diligence, valuation, contract negotiation, integration and post-closing issue resolution by collecting and presenting information, and coordination with other stakeholders involved in the projects.
  • Build analytical models and analysis concerning new business opportunities according to given requirements and internal standards of CRH to support the progress of certain projects managed by S&D team.
  • Developing senior and board level presentations, 2-pager documents, monthly macro and construction reports, etc.
