Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • External communication: Proactively seek for stories which support business strategy and positive reputation. Maintain and develop media relations. Prepares press releases, leaflets, brochures, public speeches. Provides support for issues and crisis communication. Digital media management incl. KPIs and measurement (website, social media).External communication: Proactively seek for stories which support business strategy and positive reputation. Maintain and develop media relations.   • Internal communication: prepares timely, consistent and relevant internal communication in line with communication strategy and plans using relevant IC tools (emails, Intranet, boards, Insider Newsletter/Magazine, events). Propose and implement approved employee engagement activities.
  • Public Affairs: provides support for company initiatives which strive for a favourable regulatory environment and for a positive reputation which position CRH as a leading company in the building materials industry. Cooperate with internal and external 1. Communication Plan in place. Media Coverage. Smooth crisis communication management. Social media KPIs. 2. Employee Survey and Feedback Forms results. Traffic and number of visits/Intranet. 3. Company positions addressed to relevant stakeholders: stakeholders plan in place 4. Awareness about corporate sponsorship programs. Number and quality of supported projects. 5. All administration processes done in line with respective policies. stakeholders on activities which enable to address company positions. Prepares project plans and implement them. Update Stakeholders Map. Provide inputs for analyses, strategies and plans. Develop stakeholders relations.
  • Ensure administration of activities incl. order processes and contract management, ensure that all activities are done in line with compliance policy.
