Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for candidates for the position of Receptionist in Rohožník and Bratislava. The Receptionist will be responsible for execution of activities in the area of reception and main entrance to Rohožník cement plant and also our office in Bratislava in order to provide appropriate service to the visitors and suppliers and support the smooth running of business processes in the company.

Key tasks & Responsibilities:
• Main entrance - contact person for 3rd parties, other visitors and employees in regards with their entrance to cement plant Rohožník
• Meeting Rooms and Showroom – responsible person for order and set-up of meeting
• Post – coordination of all incoming and outgoing deliveries (incoming, outgoing, Slovak Post, internal post or couriers)
• Business Trips – support for colleagues during preparation and execution of their business trips
• Ordering of refreshment and office supplies
• Contracts - registration and supervising of contracts circulation
• Receiving and transfering of incoming phone calls
• 1st contact person for Rohožník/Bratislava pool cars, help with reservation system, consultations for pool car users
• Keys and stamps
• Events – help with organization of internal or customer events
• Distribution of pay slips
• Keeping up to date internal databases
• Scanning, copying, archiving documents
• Other tasks given by General Administration Coordinator or Senior Administration Officer

The successful candidate will have a proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Applicants should fulfill the following criteria:
• Secondary school with leaving exam,
• 1 year of experience as receptionist or similar position,
• Active knowledge of English and Slovak language is necessity,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Ability to work independently,
• Multitasking.
