You are not going to be just a trainee, but you will have your own independent role from the very beginning as a member of Mechanical maintenance department on Turňa Plant.

Your employment is not going to be over after 2,5 year. As a long term employee in Turňa Plant, you will have your own independent role from the very beginning in Mechanical maintenance department and will continue your individual career development even after ITP- C.

Your daily work will consist of:

• Organization, optimization and execution of maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Ensure the optimum stock of spare parts and materials
• Ensure and coordinate maintenance of equipment during operation and repair work during plant shutdowns
• Provide and coordinate the services and repairs of the supply companies •Guarantee compliance with OH&S and environment policies
• Learn the production process of clinker and cement
• Work in SAP
