Job description, responsibilities and duties

In the position of Project manager, you will be responsible for:
• Planning: Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones, estimates the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Proactively manages changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

• Execution: Manages the project execution (including materials, services, payments, cash collection), manage execution team and communicate with the contractor´s team and other stakeholders. Identifies and resolve issues and conflicts.

• Team: Coaches, mentors, motivates and supervises project team members and contractors, and influences them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

• Reporting: Provides timely and accurate reporting. Tracks project milestones and deliverables, determines the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyses results, and troubleshoots problem areas.

• Follow up: Formally closes each project and feeds back lessons learned into organization. Conducts project evaluation and creates a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

Required education
- 2nd level University degree education in construction industry or closely related fields

Driving licence: B

Personality requirements and skills:
* Minimum 5 years in construction sites
* Minimum 3 years experience in the field of project management
* Purchasing and/or sourcing experience
* Excellent planning skills
* Solid technical knowledge, able to understand drawings and plans
* Capacity to understand customer needs
* High capacity of working under pressure and stress
* Excellent communication skills and very good influencing skills
* Fluency in English
