What you'll be doing?

Are you a problem-solver with a passion for Customer Service? As a Service Account Manager (SAM) for Lenovo, you’ll be the go-to person for managing customer issues and escalations. You’ll work closely with Lenovo’s business partners and customers to resolve claims efficiently, always with a smile and a positive attitude. Your daily tasks:

  • Handle customer orders and escalations quickly, collaborating with Sales, Services, and Account Management teams.
  • Keep the lines of communication open with Lenovo’s business partners and customers.
  • Develop strong connections with customers, colleagues, and business partners.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support via email and phone, keeping customers updated and satisfied.
  • Keep up with the latest in client activities, campaigns, and product info by attending training and briefings.
  • Live and breathe Lenovo’s and CPM’s values every day.
  • Tackle any other reasonable tasks that come your way from your line manager.

Requirements:
  • Language: A fluent level of English is a must (both spoken and written).
  • Experience: Previous experience in Account Management, B2B customer service/sales, or a similar field.
  • Service-Oriented: A passion for first-class customer service and high standards.
  • Organized: Great at managing your time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable with a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Team Player: Strong ethics and a collaborative mindset to hit team targets.
  • Professional: Able to handle challenges calmly and professionally.
  • Open to Feedback: Always looking to improve and grow.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail.

What do we offer?

  • Starting date: June 2024.
  • Contract Type: Permanent.
  • Working schedule: Full Time (40 hours per week), 5 days per week.
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm / 9 am - 6 pm.
  • Highly competitive base salary of €21,000 per annum in addition to:
5,85€/day meal voucher (117€/month).
  • A commuting allowance of €50 per month (€600 per annum).
  • Paid 5 extra days (contingency days) per annum in case of emergencies and short-term absences.
  • Hybrid working model in an outstanding work location and facilities in our brand-new offices in Bratislava.
  • Fully paid training that optimally prepares you for your job - 4 weeks duration (office-based).
