What you'll be doing?

The Business Analyst is focused on building and running reports towards performing trending analysis and feedback observations, inputs, conclusions, etc. to the Operations Management team. These reports and consequent observations and recommendations should enable managers to easily make decisions and manage performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm, design, build, implement adequate reports and dashboards in order to perform trending analysis on available data.
  • Feedback to Operations the results of the trending analysis, including highlighting issues, making pertinent and constructive observations, recommendations and providing useful insights for the business.
  • Digging into available data and/or work collaboratively with the client to receive access to additional needed data.
  • Partner with the client department to specify ongoing enhancements to performance systems.
  • Implement standard recurrent reporting and trending analysis activities depending on business needs and business reviews frequencies.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting (mainly trends analysis) any time this is identified as a need within the business.
  • Work with knowledgeable colleagues in various parts of the business to define, design and develop analytic solutions to ameliorate a business need.
  • Work with other analysts and team members to capture data requirements.
  • Present final analysis or products to management, stakeholders and peer organizations/teams.
  • Combine data from multiple data sources to respond to high-level business questions.
  • Offer support on troubleshooting issues with reports and dashboards.
  • Act as the data subject matter expert for trending analysis to deliver consistent information and insights.
  • Proactively suggest areas for further analysis.
  • Generate ideas for improvements to reporting processes - focusing on their value to business strategy and operations.
  • Support Teams: Operations, Quality, Training, Floor Support.

What skills & experience you'll bring to us?

What we look for:
  • Previous Contact Centre experience.
  • Previous experience managing BI areas is a must.
  • Working experience with databases and Excel’s VBA/Macros, and PowerBi knowledge is a must.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
  • Data Mining, Warehousing, Processing & Reporting.
  • Business English proficiency.
  • Adaptability and mental flexibility.
  • Data interpretation, sense making and communication.
  • Interpersonal skills: (nice to have) experience in presenting and communicating across all levels of the organization up to C-level execs.
  • Facilitation, negotiation/ mediation, self-starter and self-management.
  • Agile and innovative with the tenacity to thrive in a constantly changing environment and willingness to improve.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Quality-driven, attention to detail, and pragmatic.
  • Communicative and empathic with stakeholders.

What you can expect form us:
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Full-time permanent contract (40 hours/week).
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday between 8 am to 6 pm (potential weekend rotation).
  • Competitive salary.
