Job description, responsibilities and duties
Apply to join our client and their Europe Finance Graduate Programme, commencing September 2023. Experience 3 locations and 3 finance areas in 3 years, and achieve a professional accountancy qualification in this permanent employee contract.
What to expect:
- Three 12-month rotations in different finance roles across the Group in Europe (first year in Kosice, second year in Dublin and third year in selected European city)
- Build your technical finance knowledge and expand your finance skills
- Complete either ACCA or CIMA qualification and finish the programme as a fully qualified accountant (fully supported and funded by the company)
- Get assigned a business leader as a mentor to guide you on your journey and help you accelerate your personal and professional growth
- Participate in a tailored development programme, helping you build strong communication, networking, and other critical business skills
- Experience a holistic overview of the business and work with inspiring people
Requirements:
- University education - Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related field
- Graduating in 2023 or within the last year – the programme is only suitable for candidates beginning their careers
- Fluent English and Slovak (EU citizenship)
- Commitment to gain professional accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA)
- Willingness to relocate across Europe
- Motivation of a self-starter with the determination and drive to succeed
Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
