Invoice Clerk

Responsibilities

• Daily processing of received financial documents (3rd party invoices, internal documents/requests)
• Resolution of issues that arise during booking, making correction postings
• Reduction of incompliant invoices and on-hold invoices
• Analysis of on-hold invoices and identifying the root causes and potential solutions
• Support and prompt response to other departments and internal customers

 Requirements

• Willingness to work US working hours (1.30pm-10pm) 2 weeks a month
• University degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting
• Min 0-2 years in the accounting department of an industrial company or in an accounting firm
• Accounting background and accuracy
• MS-Office, ERPs preferred QAD, MFGPro, SAP is advantage
• Fluent in English

Brutto’s base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification, and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is the minimum salary that can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or a variable part of the salary.
