Junior IT Specialist

Our client is an international legal consulting firm that is operating in Europe and Asia. Therefore, if you thrive in an international environment, have a degree or at least 2 years of experience in the IT industry, and speak English, this exciting opportunity could be a good fit for you!

Responsibilities:

· Communicate with and report to the 2nd level support

· Communicate with external stakeholders regarding IT problems

· Work with ticketing system

· Support other departments with IT related issues

· Detect issues and find solutions to IT problems

· Provide an excellent customer service

Requirements:

· Passion for developing your skill in IT and technologies

· Good analytical thinking

· Degree or at least 2 years of experience in IT support

· Experience with resolving hardware related issues

· A people person who enjoys helping colleagues with IT problems

· Excellent team working skills

· Good command of English (C1)

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
